In 2001 she won the prestigious RSAMD Governor’s Recital Competition for Piano.

Since 2002, in addition to her work as a performer she has been in demand as a teacher (piano and performance) and accompanist for the Douglas Academy Specialist Music School (Glasgow) and at the RSAMD.

In March 2003 she performed the world premiere of Stephen Davismoon’s Beneath Garlands (for piano and cello), the UK premiere of Graciela Paraskevaídis’ solo piano works, preguntas in? tiles para este invierno and quemando miedos.

In June 2003 she graduated with an MMus in Performance at the RSAMD having studied with the pianist Fali Pavri.
